Graphic Design
Design that grabs attention and makes the message land.
Graphic design is visual communication with a job to do: grab attention, organize information, and carry a feeling, whether that's calm, urgency, or personality. The work below spans print, editorial layout, and illustration, but the goal is always the same: make the message easier to understand at a glance.
Lily Planting Guide
Editorial Layout · Print · Adobe InDesign
A multi-page planting guide for lilies, built in InDesign. The work was research-heavy: gathering content, choosing images, and balancing text against photography across several spreads. The result holds together as a real editorial layout, not just a page of text with pictures dropped in.

MCFA Flyer Redesign
Flyer Redesign · Print · Adobe InDesign
A local shelter's spay/neuter flyer was cluttered and hard to scan, burying the details people actually needed: dates, phone numbers, eligibility. The redesign organized it into a clear hierarchy using the shelter's own color scheme, so the most important information reads first, no matter where the flyer gets posted. I volunteered my work.
Berlin Breakfast Club
Menu Design
· Adobe InDesign
A playful German breakfast club menu, built around a retro diner mood. Turquoise and yellow against black and white keep it bold and legible, and clear typography hierarchy makes pricing and items easy to scan fast, exactly what a menu has to do under real use.

Marinara Infographic
Information Design · Illustration · Adobe Illustrator
A step-by-step infographic for a homemade marinara recipe, illustrated from scratch in Adobe Illustrator. The handwritten, recipe-card feel keeps it warm, while the sequence of illustrations carries the instructions without leaning on dense text.

Book Cover Redesign
Book Cover Concept
· Adobe InDesign
A class project redesigning the cover of my favorite book, Eat, Pray, Love. The concept centers on a woman in meditation, silhouetted inside a mandala built from soft, layered color, with a small heart at its center. Every choice ties back to the story: the silhouette for stillness, the mandala for the layers she moves through, the heart for what she's actually looking for. The goal was a cover that reads calm and quietly strong, not loud.
