For the BYOL challenge "Flower Face Design,” I used a photo of my daughter and recreated it as a graphic illustration using Adobe Illustrator, iPad Pro, and iPencil. I drew the flowers separately on Procreate.

A brand new identity was needed for this fictional coffee shop as the main project of my Skillcrush visual designer track. I created the logo and icons, a style guide, and wrapped it all up in a case study to take a peek into my working mind.

Discovering a local gem in its raw form, without any branding - HUH?! I decided to help out and create a brand and all the necessary collateral to be seen. This project was a great chance to practise collaboration with my customers on a heart level basis. The challenge of no budget and no experience meant getting extra creative in finding ways to help, such as easy-to-use resources and marketing ideas. In return, I was spoiled with free coffee and treats, a win-win in my book.

I designed this magazine format planting guide, "Lovely Lily," as an Adobe InDesign class project. Not only have I learned a lot in my research about Lilies, but I truly enjoyed blending the beautiful images and text with my love for typography and colors into this layout.
